About the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI)

The Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) is a flagship effort committed to cultivating the next generation of African leaders. This initiative addresses the continent’s demographics, where nearly one-third of the population is between the ages of 10 and 24, and about 60% are below the age of 35.
